10 stars if I could, my family can not thank this company enough!! Our A/C unit died on Tuesday, 7/1/25, around 1PM. I called Xtreme Air, letting them know that we were in dire need of A/C as we have a 1 month old daughter at home, and by 5PM we had a tech on site. The tech, Mike, was awesome! Our system was old, and he let us know right off the bat that we would need a new system installed. Mike secured the install for the following morning, just like that! Later that evening around 8:30, their salesman, Kolt, came and mapped out our current system and put together a game plan for the new system install. We sat down and discussed the process, and he walked me through the benefits of the new system. The next day by lunch, we had a brand new system and a cool and comfortable home! They also offer an awesome financing plan that helped take even more stress out of the equation. This company was not interested in taking my money, but making sure my family was comfortable and take care of. BIG shoutout to Mike and Kolt for making this happen on such short notice, I cannot thank the Xtreme Air team enough!

Air conditioning went out on a Sunday evening and someone answered my call for help. As the inside of the house started climbing to 88 on Monday, Michael was at the unit making the necessary fix. Extremely happy with their determination to get someone out here & the honest explanations. In just a few hours the house is back to livable conditions. ~Professional ~Knowledgeable ~Fast response ~Honest ~Reasonably priced ~Friendly & Helpful

This outfit was preselected among 6 others due to their consistently favorable reviews over a very large customer based. From the dispatcher to especially the rep, Brandon, to working with me to make it viable, this was an outstanding experience soup to nuts. 1. Brandon showed up earlier and texted me, which I love that he showed up on time, and kept me posted. 2. Very very courteous, knowledgeable, and perfectly balanced demeanor - good enthusiasm without being the classic agressively overwhelming rep. Brandon was clearly seasoned and experienced 3. Very thorough and patient. He did take his time to inspect everything, took pictures of the issues and showed it to me and methodically discussed my situation. stepped through diligently all my options, two-stage, variable complete systems and we discussed pricing and financing. 4. Because of Brandon superior customer service approach, Xtreme was immediately downselected as a finalist. I completed my meetings with all 6 competitors and Brandon presented an appealing value-added offer. Furthermore, he worked with me on financing so we sealed the deal. 5. At every step Brandon was very responsive, I did not have to wait forever to get a return call. Always very respectful, I felt very confortable discussing issues with him and knowing that quality was a core value of Xtreme's service philosophy. Thank you Xtreme, and thank you Brandon
