I can honestly say the National has been the absolute best, we had a small issue with a hospital bed and the owner Jeff handled the issue himself with my total satisfaction on this matter, his customer service reps are pleasant and knowledgeable. I can not stress enough, if you need DME call National Medical Equipment.
